·        Experienced in matters involving commercial transactions, banking, finance, real estate, land use, corporate law, insurance, criminal, securities, employment, as well as federal and state tax issues.

·        Appearances before federal courts, bankruptcy court, state courts, and administrative agencies.

·        Experienced in all aspects of litigation activities, including: investigations, research, pleadings, discovery, depositions, expert selection and preparation, drafting of motions and briefs, oral arguments, negotiations, settlement, trial preparation, jury selection, and appeals.

·        Co-Chairman, Civil Litigation Committee, Stamford Regional Bar Association, 2001-02.

Wilson and Colonel Henry E. White scholarships based on academic record, LSAT scores, character, motivation potential contribution to the legal profession.
